Ingredients ( 1-2 serving)
½ cup grated jicama
½ cup thinly sliced purple cabbage
½ cup grated carrot
2 tablespoons chopped ginger flower
½ red chili, sliced thinly
2 young kaffir lime leaves, sliced thinly
Juice and zest of 1 lime
1/8 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon maple syrup
½ teaspoon sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
Toasted black sesame seeds
Sliced Pili nuts ( or any nut of your choice)
Chopped coriander leaves
Gently squeeze some water out from the grated jicama. ( don’t waste the water…drink it up!!!!)
Place all the salad ingredients in a bowl.
Mix all the ingredients for the dressing.
Pour the dressing over the salad, toss, garnish and enjoy!!!
