Rose Hip Tea

 

Ingredients

10 fresh rose hip fruits

5 cups of water

Sweetener of your choice

Method

Wash the rose hip fruits throughly to remove any grime

In a heavy duty pot, add 5 cups of water and the rose hip fruits.

Cover and bring to a boil on medium heat.

Reduce flame and let it simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat.

Switch off the flame and add the sweetener of your choice.

Strain and  enjoy it hot or cold.

It can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
