Raw Granola Bar


1 ½ cups rolled oats

12 -15 dates pitted (medjool)

½ cup cranberries

½ cup raisins

½ cup sunflower seeds

¼ cup chopped walnuts

2 tablespoon chia seeds

2 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds

3 tablespoon shredded unsweetened coconut

1 tablespoon cinnamon

I tablespoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoon maple syrup ( if needed)

Pinch of salt


Combine everything and process in the food processor until all clumps together. If using Mejdool dates (they  are inherently moist), there is no need for maple syrup.

Press the mixture into a 8 inch square baking tray and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before slicing.
