Raw Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls


1 cup rolled oats

3 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp ground flaxseed

1 tbsp sesame seeds

¼ cup raisins

2 tbsp semi-sweet mini chocolate chips ( use dairy or non-dairy ones)

½ tsp salt

¼ cup honey

½ cup creamy peanut butter

½ tsp vanilla extract


Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl.

Combine honey and peanut butter in a separate bowl, stirring with a whisk.

Add the honey & peanut butter mixture to the dry ingredients.

Add vanilla extract and stir until well combined.

Form small 1 inch balls and refrigerate 1-2 hours.

If serving them as dessert, place them in small paper cups.
